My name is Cathleen Nordheim I contacted you by ph and left message last month about double billing $19.95 on the 11th & 13th. It has happened again this month. I would like a refund of the double billing. I like your articles and wish to continue but would like this fixed asap as you double billing put my account in the hole as I was hoping it had been fixed. Thankyou
ReplyDeleteCathy, I honestly have no idea what you're talking about here. I don't even have a credit card processor set up for this blog at all. I've never charged anyone for access to any content regarding this topic. Further, I've received no phone calls from you either.
DeleteI do run a very high end survival course on occassion but the cost for that is quite a bit beyond 19.95. I think you have the wrong site. You may want to check with your bank.
